Forward mail

I have written support so many times Ive lost count. I love what I can do in this service but I still cant forward any mail from any device because it comes out a jumbled mess. And I still cant mail yahoo addresses because the come back mail demon undeliverable. Yet I can use my gmail, hotmail, and my outlook mail addresses and can forward everything readable and complete and to yahoo addresses. You said youd fix it. Well, Im still waiting.
